02Donor Influence
The documented chain between campaign contributions and legislative votes. Each entry connects public records: an FEC-reported donation and a recorded congressional vote. No editorial judgment — only public records. You decide.
Methodology
A donor is included when a contribution of $1,000 or more appears in FEC records and the member cast a recorded vote after that contribution was received. Full lobbying position matching requires manual verification and is noted where confirmed. TRACT makes no claim about intent or motive.
Donor influence chains require verified vote and donor data. Populating as data is confirmed.
